As of this update the page showed no open construction bids, only a test listing. County postings come and go, which is why alerts (or a weekly roundup) beat checking by hand.

Rules that apply
County construction over $250,000 is advertised twice in the official newspaper and bid as sealed bids opened in public; $100,000–$250,000 jobs can go to a written solicitation of three licensed contractors (Idaho Code 67-2805).
